What is Anusha Healing?

Anusha Healing is a high-vibrational energy system that channels the sparkling brilliance and cosmic intelligence of the stars. It helps you release the constant search for fulfilment outside yourself and come home to the peace, clarity, and wholeness that have always lived within.

Many people are drawn to Anusha when they sense something missing, when they’re ready for a deeper connection to themselves, to life, or to something greater. It’s both a self-healing and self-awakening process that balances the body, mind, and spirit while reminding you that everything you’ve been looking for is already inside.

The name Anusha means “beautiful morning” or “the first rays of light at dawn.” Like the stillness of early morning light, the energy carries a feeling of renewal and awakening — the sense of being washed in calm after a long night. It helps you let go of striving and settle into the serenity of your true nature, reconnecting you with your innate wisdom and the quiet power of simply being.

What happens during a treatment?

During a session you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment couch whilst I channel this starlight energy through my hands, either placed gently on your body or moving within your energy field.

​

The Anusha energy has its own intelligence. It flows wherever it’s needed most in your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Many people feel a soft warmth, tingling, or waves of lightness moving through them. Others experience a sense of deep stillness, spaciousness, bliss or a loving presence, as though the energy itself is gently embracing them.

As the session unfolds, the chakras and energy pathways are cleansed and brought into balance. Old patterns, emotional weight, and tension begin to dissolve, making space for clarity, peace, and expansion.
People often describe feeling lighter, freer, and more connected, as if they’ve remembered something ancient and familiar within themselves.

Each session is completely unique. The energy meets you where you are, offering exactly what you need for your highest good and greatest joy.

Sessions last around 70 minutes, with time before and after to talk, set intentions, and integrate your experience.
