The experience is simple. You lie down, close your eyes and receive. There is no breathwork, meditation or movement to learn and nothing you need to understand or achieve.

As your own energy begins to activate, people can experience deep emotional release, waves of energy, spontaneous movement, profound peace or bliss, intuitive insights and a feeling of becoming more alive.

What Happens?

Sessions last approximately 2 hours, including a 60-minute activation. You'll lie comfortably on a yoga mat while an immersive musical soundscape takes you through uplifting, powerful and deeper emotional music. I'll work through light touch and in your energy field to activate your energy while you simply relax and allow your experience to unfold.

Every session is different. You may release emotion, move spontaneously, feel waves of energy, experience deep stillness, bliss, imagery or intuitive insights. 

There is no right experience and nothing you need to make happen.
